I live in an apartment in North Asheville, North Carolina and work at local cafe downtown. My place is located right near the line of Woodfin and Asheville just north of UNCA. I recently got a job at Tupelo Honey Cafe in downtown Asheville so I work between 20-30 hrs a week.

I love meeting travelers. When I was backpacking in Portugal last year I relied on some really spectacular people that helped me by letting me stay on their couch for 4 weeks. Now that I have a place on my own for a little while, I thought why not host some people who are venturing into the beautiful city of Asheville. I call this place the Munich of the South, especially for the beer. People call Asheville the very esteemed title of simply: "Beer City".

I also just believe in the concept.

When it comes to seeing the around, Thursday through Saturday I like to either go out or do something. I can only take one-two people at a time, but I have space to sleep as well an air mattress which is nice and has an electric pump.
