Originally from Seattle, WA, I've lived in the San Francisco Bay Area, Western Montana, and soon South Central Alaska. I usually only get/make enough time to do one big trip a year but I've spent a couple years wandering around the West Coast of the US.

Looking to meet fun, open-hearted, and wild folks while travelling around. I'm always happy to meet like, and different-minded people and to share our respective life stories. I'm also content to give host's their space as I understand we all need it.

My passions are most every outdoors; hiking, biking, snowboarding, skiing, snowshoeing, rafting, swimming, camping, backpacking, and fishing. I do also enjoy good live music, cooking hearty meals, chatting over beers or a glass of wine, movies, and games.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Standing on a canopy walk in Malaysian Borneo at dusk, as the muslim call to prayer came wafting gently yet boldly through the jungle, a flying squirrel took aflight and soared 40 m across the valley.
