I'm Arun Gupta — a Yoga Teacher, Content Creator, and lifelong seeker of meaningful connections. On YouTube, I go by Vlogermunda, where I document my journey of self-discovery through travel, yoga, and deep cultural exchange.

For the past 8 years, I’ve been living a nomadic life across India and beyond — hitchhiking, volunteering, couchsurfing, and immersing myself in the diverse colors of humanity. My travels have taken me through almost every corner of India — from the snowy mountains of Himachal and Sikkim to the tropical beauty of Kerala and Goa.

In 2020, I had the honor of visiting Pakistan, where the warmth and love I received reshaped my entire YouTube journey. In 2022, I backpacked through Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand), connecting with communities and sharing yoga in the most unexpected corners of the world.

Now, it’s time for the next chapter:

I'm here not just to explore, but to connect, contribute, and grow together. I’m offering free yoga sessions, deep conversations, cultural exchange, and stories from my road. I'm genuinely interested in your life experiences, traditions, and worldview — because these are the real treasures of travel.
