ABOUT ME

I am Indian - born, brought up and spent most of my life in Hyderabad, India. For 28 years I had never been outside India - in 2010 I got the opportunity to do my MBA in Nice, France - haven't looked back since ... have visited about 10 countries in 1 1/2 years ! Currently in Malaysia for work ... plan to be here until the end of 2012.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a casual person ... especially when I am meeting people from different countries I am aware of the difference in cultures and curious and open minded to know different points of view ...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I mainly participate in CS by attending their weekend events - it is a great way for me to meet people and make a lot of good friends - especially useful when I am in foreign countries.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Has been very very helpful in making lot of friends ... back in my hometown I am used to hanging out a lot with my friends ... but when I moved to new places (France, Malaysia) initially I got bored a lot ... but then by attending CS events got to meet and know a lot of cool people.

Light drinking on weekends - what better way to spend a Saturday !
Football (Soccer) - have been a supporter of Arsenal (Gunner 4 Life !) since more than 10 years and am generally interested in the football scene.
Understanding different work cultures and business scenarios.

Movies - Comedy, Action and Animation - a perfect movie would be one with all the three included !

Music - not very picky - generally prefer faster music like Alt Rock or Pop Rock or Club Music compared to Country Music or Love songs.

Books - the closest I got to reading a book (out of interest) was about 8 years ago for Harry Potter - currently I read a lot of popular weekly Mangas. Trying my best to start reading interesting management books.
