Hi, my name is Vasco.
I am a chef from Portugal.

I seek to travel, meeting locals and discovering their culture and cuisines(which makes up so much of culture)

I have a passion for music also and, though i might not be great.. i love to pick up a guitar and have a jam.

I studied food production in Lisbon.
I am a quiet and reserved person, but active and outgoing and still know how to have fun. I love a good chat, whatever it may be about.
To me, meal time is a very sacred hour, and cooking for and dining with friends (or friendly strangers) is one of my biggest joys.

As a chef, my work hours can be long and irregular so time for hobbies is also irregular, but still i try and find time to read and play music. Recently i have been getting into photography, but dont have much to show for myself yet.
