Made big decisions often, make big mistakes too.
In every case, I've lived a varied life, leapt into every experience and lived without fear.

Very old music at the moment
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Left behind a small outback town.
Left school at 13
Discovered music & art for myself
Supported a partner on a full-time wage at age 14
Left behind slightly larger outback towns
Became a top cook at a famous fine dining restaurant
Gave up cooking, because it started to make me hate what I loved (cooking)
Became a bartender
Managed a 800 capacity bar
Learnt to meditate
Stopped all drugs
Trained to be a meditation teacher
Left the outback completely (Australia)
Trained as a meditation teacher all over the world
3 years later became earliest teacher to be ordained in a 5000 year old meditation practice
Settled in Europe
Started a business teaching meditation
Taught meditation privately to CEO's, artists and refugees
Writing this now
Teach, Learn, Share
I've run a small business and taught meditation full time for 4 Years.
If you didn't know how to meditate, but always wanted to try, I'm the guy for you.
Was a professional, trained, cook for 8 years, with a speciality in Asian food.
I know about marketing, writing, public speaking, websites, psychology, cooking, organisation, mindfulness and awareness techniques, leadership, a little about neuroscience and Sanskrit.
One of the biggest things I've learnt is that people have to ask to learn. Nobody likes a know it all, mostly people want to be listened to, not lectured to by people eager to prove themselves.
The best exchange is an honest understanding between two people - everything else is a positive addition.
