Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travel has always had a profound effect on me, like nothing else in life. I love meeting new people, I am open to the world. I started with shared bus trips, then expanded to Central Europe, the Balkans, the Baltic countries, and gradually to Central Asia.

I usually stayed in hostels until a friend showed me the site in 2015. Since then, we have had experiences together, traveled to more than 25 countries together and used couchsurfing using his travel profile.

I have never tried this form of travel alone, which is why I am here again, in 2025. I would like to have solo experiences. On the other hand, I just got an apartment in Budapest, so I am also looking forward to welcoming open-minded people from 2026.

Interests

My main passions are motorcycling, photography and baking (cakes). I also love hitchhiking. Psychology is one of my favorite subjects.
