In terms of books I tend to stick to non-fiction, especially autobiographies, mostly football-related.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Hard to pick one, but in terms of adrenaline rush probably going skydiving in Hawaii. We jumped from over 4 km high and had about a minute of freefall. The most unreal feeling imaginable, words don't even come close to describing it.
