One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Erin: I've been to Tetouan, Morocco, which was eye opening. I think history is beautiful. When I am somewhere where I can feel the age and character of the place, when I can feel the history underneath my feet, that is when I feel most alive.
Ilana: I lived in Isreal in 2005-2006 on a Kibbutz, a communal society. It was a great experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I guess..."look at your life through heaven's eyes"
I know that's from a cartoon christian movie
(The Prince of Egypt),
but In the past year I have changed SO MUCH,
and everything I have learned has brought me closer
to the understanding that every person on earth
is infinitely precious, and that heaven and hell
are earthly terms, stemming from the necessity
of sharing and competing for our material wealth.
god is not some bearded guy upstairs,
god is the life force within us that we don't
understand, and the best way to be true to
that entity, which we all have in common,
is to do your best to balance your needs
with those of the external world.
