HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i host when i can (im quite busy being in 2 bands, and traveling when i can afford to). also my housemates host. and i prefer CSing to any other way of travel

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i've done some hosting, as well as some surfing. All the experiences have been great so far. Its amazing the people you meet, and the things you end up doing.

ah, i read lots of books. mostly fiction. the last few books i've read: Dharma Bums by Jack Kerouac, Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov, Chronicles Volume One by Bob Dylan, Adventure of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain, Dawn by Phil Elverum

music? far too much. lots of dc local scene. also neutral milk hotel, radiohead, john lennon, the beatles, bill callahan, josephine foster, joanna newsom, six organs of admittance, the microphones/mount eerie, deerhoof, leonard cohen, the music tapes.....

well, macchu picchu is quite the experience. also bathing in natural hot springs in the Iceland frozen tundra is pretty nice
