Hi I'm Veda. I'm 22, and a full time international graduate student in Tokyo. I came to Japan in Sept 2019, and will be staying here till Dec 2021.
I discovered Couchsurfing in early 2019 during an impromptu visit to Indonesia, and I have loved this app ever since! I have created a new account because after moving to Japan I was logged out of my former account, but luckily I am still in touch with the people I met via this app.
My aim for these upcoming two years is to travel across all the eight regions of Japan and meet amazing people along the way. Also, to check skydiving and such sports off my bucket list! And I'm always down for an adventure and trying out something new. Let's get along!

Interests

I love bouldering (indoor rock climbing). I find it incredibly challenging and an amazing workout for the full body. I also like drawing in my spare time, from character sketches to abstracts. I have always been fond of mountains , simply because I love challenging treks. And of course, a big fan of travelling, which is why we're all here :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Saw dolphins swimming beside our boat at a saltwater lake in India. When they jumped out of the water and then back in again: it was a truly unexpected and special moment!
