I am in a new chapter of my life and the music that I used to listen doesn't do for me anymore. I am discovering pleasure in more quiet melodies and the song that reflect me the most now is Follow the Sun by Xavier Rudd.
Movie I'll say Life of Pi, and also many animation movies. Lately number one is Hotel Transilvania. Books anything about Stephen King, and discovering W.W. Dyer and Thich Nhat Hanh. I want to read the Mahabharata and really enjoyed the Bhagvad Gita.

I could teach Italian, English or Spanish. How to sew and mending. Perhaps some tips on healthy eating and juicing :)
I do my own vegan beautification products (sunscreen, lip balm, scrub and some more). I recently completed my Ashtanga Yoga Vinyasa course and would love to share the practice and the multiple benefits.
I would love to learn about farming and organically grow your own fruits and veggies.
Share surely some exercise techniques, pranayama and meditation.
