ABOUT ME

I am Greek (all my life) and I live in Athens (almost all my life). I am a special teacher and I work with 12 kids that I love (not all of them love me though!!!). Recently I have discover the joy of dancing (and especially swing dancing). This is what I basically do in my free time. I don't like writing, (although i teach the children how to write), so having to write all these things is a little bit torturing (can i sign it instead?). But i will give it a try especially for you!!

PHILOSOPHY

I hate philosophy! I live the way I live and I don't want anyone to make theories out of it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a pretty new member, but i have already hosted more than 10 people. I have two couches (both hand made!!) in my living room, in which two people can comfortably sleep and a lot of space on the carpet. It seems that i really like the feeling of hanging around with people you have just met.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have just hosted people at home but i ve never been hosted. Now it's my first chance!!

Hand-crafts, making things out of wood, sewing, renew furniture, excursions and outdoor activities, cycling, free camping, trekking (a lot of trekking lately!!) meeting new people, but most of all swing dancing (or the last two at the same time)

音乐、电影和书籍

Music: swing, balkan, traditional, klezmer, sixties, minimal ... whatever has nice instruments (especially wind instruments) and a nice melody. I usually don't like electronic music. Movies: I like to watch nice movies (nobody likes bad movies, e???) Books?? I don't know how to read!!!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The most amazing thing I ve seen is the desert. You should all find a chance to get into the sand of an african desert. It's like swimming in the sand!!

I can teach the basics of swing dance. I would like to learn any technique in hand-made creations (candles, kniting, crochet etc).
