I've never met a stranger. I am adventurous, outgoing, and love to travel. I also really love getting to know people who are different than me.

After decades of owning a nightclub and restaurant and a free lance court reporting firm, I have reinvented myself yet again - and again . I just keep on “evolving”. I teach people how to cook and eat healthy, delectable, “Real Food”. I like to stay busy cooking, growing, learning, talking and living!
