I am currently enjoying an opportunity to explore the many layers of America.. I love facilitating healing to animals, people, homes, and land. I enjoy caring for myself and others. I enjoy being cared for. I am passionate about helping others to rest in the deepest parts of themselves. I REALLY REALLY love helping healing arts professionals & aspiring healing arts professionals tune into their deepest gifts, powerful presence, and intuitive healing abilities.. I love deep connections.. I love spending time with people that go deep .. I am a dancer at heart.. I also like to paint.. I am very spiritual.. I feel like my growing edge is in embracing my humanity! I love rivers, mountains, ocean, the desert. I have lived in the Appalachian mountains my whole life & MISS that region so much.. I also like yoga, biking & running. I am passionate about healthy foods. I like concious communication & co-creation!

I love folk, lots of electronica, funk, jam, hip hop, breaks, psi-trance, rock.. especially '90's and '60's rock.. music is way too big of a catagory..

and i read lots of books on healing, or on woman studies, i like childrens books.. i like environmental studies..

It's hard to say. I feel like the magic of my life is in humble spaces. Being vunerable with strangers. Moments when I truly open myself up to life. Being afraid of the unknown.. and walking into it anyways.

I am really into energy work and raising consciousness.. could talk about those subjects for days!... can also share dance moves.. hooping techniques.. guided meditations.. massage.. love helping people uncover their intuitive abilities.. great with kids.. teach kids yoga and prenatal yoga.. oh and yoga for adults.. i love to share!
