Hey there!
Currently being one of the 'basic' German students traveling trough Australia and New Zealand but what can I say? It's been my dream forever and it's fricking awesome on the other side of the world.

Me in a nutshell? I guess a creative, silly nature and sports enthusiast fluent in irony with a big heart for animals (I'm a vegetarian, want to clarify now because sometime it creates problems) and a different personality being a bookworm and binge watcher, amateur cook and photographer interested in biology and chemistry.
I am sorry that I can't paint you a clearer picture what I am all about because I do like to do a lot of different things but maybe there is something that you are interested in as well that we could do or talk and laugh about. Laughing is a big priority in my life! (:
I do enjoy active, nature stuff such as swimming and hiking, currently trying to surf as much as possible to improve, for which I always search for a buddy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

So why am I even on here?
After hearing about CS years ago but never using it I finally made an account before I started my big travel overseas. I now gathered some amazing experience while couchsurfing and hope to have a lot more.
I hope to meet a lot of new people and also experience the country from a different perspective by staying with locals. Altough I am searching for places to stay I am also always looking for travel buddies or people to explore new places with.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is very important to me as it is for most people probably. While I did play the piano and guitar (sadly forgot a lot of it) I don't really make music but I am more of a listener and maybe "user" because I dance.
I don't have a favorite artist or song, I can listen to and enjoy a lot of different styles of music, but mainly oldies, pop and "indie". Some artist I enjoy: John Mayer, Ed Sheeran, Billie Eilish, Rex Orange County, Post Malone, Black Eyes Peas

Good movies/series (in my opinion :D) are: Matrix, Inception, Avatar, Kung Fu Panda, GOT, Sherlock Holmes (by BBC), New Girl, Sense 8, Modern Family

Books: pretty much everything, Dan Brown forever, Scott Westerfeld, Harry Potter-Series, GOT

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

some of my favourites:
- shouting on the top of my lungs from a summit in the alps
- nightly snowboarding with friends in Austria
- visiting Prague and Vienna with my best friend, getting lost, tired and hungry but still laughing like maniacs
- watching the sun set over Dubrovnik
- staying with my exchange family in Switzerland while I could barley talk French
- surfing in Australia

and hopefully many many more to come ..

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not a big poet and definitely way too young to be wise. I try to live after the motto 'When you look back on your life, you won't regret doing the things you did, but those you didn't do' and push myself out of my comfort zone as often as possible.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would say that I am a pretty decent (meatless) cook, I can make some really good brownies and I can follow most recipes, so I could definitely make dinner. Of course I could teach you some German or study with you to improve. If you want to I can teach you some basic hip hop and shuffel moves.
Otherwise I could of course share stories from Germany and different travels (:
