I would rather have a deep conversation, than a deep dive

Recently I got into the Minimalist‘s mindset, trying to apply this lifestyle into my own. I‘m trying to live a more sustainable life for the sake of our earth and next generations to come.

For a few months now I am practicing Yoga and Meditation, still looking for my own most suitable way. So I‘m very interested in experiencing new ways of practising.

Experiencing something new - that's what I'm looking for. There are so many tastes, scents and sights I have never experienced before and this is what I would like to change in any occasion!
In 10 years I want to be able to say: woah, what I did back then was amazing, rather than regretting not having done that something.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Getting the insight personally from someone who lives in the area I'd like to visit, is the greatest gift to any journey!

I enjoy spreading and strengthening my global network and especially staying in contact with some of them. It is simply heartwarming to know, that there are so many lovely people in the world, that you can share good moments with and just exchange good spirits.

Interests

Going out for dancing, taking a walk through the city or simply lying in the nature and having a great conversation - I am not too demanding.

Thriftshopping!!

I really love food and furthermore cooking it , as it is the most connecting thing people can share. One of my favorite dishes are German pancakes: I am really good at making and eating them ;-).

When I need some time off, I enjoy my Do-it-yourself-time. I sew damaged clothes or create something useful, like making marmalade, baking, painting, crafting in general, etc. is on my general To-Do-List.

Music, Movies, and Books

So-called mindfuck-movies as having a plot twist, like in Interstellar or Inception, totally gets me.
Oh gosh, and TV-Series. I can so easily be hooked up with this stuff, so I've seen quite a few so far (I'm just understating, I've seen so many....) eeeh, I've enjoyed classics like True Detective, Black Mirror, The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones, but also others, not too much known.

My music taste is super various, right now I'm pretty much into electronic music (techno, especially for dancing), a little Indie Rock and Reggae, I'd say. The music simply needs to suit the occasion and situation I'm in.
