Hello! Let see, a little about me. I'm the type of person who loves life in the purest way. I love living, I love interacting with people, and learning what makes others tic. I enjoy sharing stories on any topic, and think we have so much to learn from one another that Google will never be able to teach us. My fiancee and I have met so many people in passing by taking time to just share a coffee, a moment, or a plane ride and we stay in touch and have found some of our closest friends this way. We enjoy people, we enjoy going out of our way to make your stay special and to connect. Personally, I'm originally from Vermont, grew up playing Ice hockey through college and soccer, lived out of a car and tent in Australia, lived on a boat in grad school off the Oregon coast, and now work as a public health dentist providing care to so many in need. We are outdoor enthusiasts! From kite surfing, to mt biking, to hiking, and camping... we love the elements!

I think that coushsurfing is a unique platform in todays world to utilize technology so that one can actually detach and connect on my personal levels with people. I love it as an oxymoron in a way as I appreciate technology so much, but never want it to replace having the chance to share with others. Too often everything is online, you book cars, hotels, everything without interaction and vacations and trips are exciting but isolating. Couchsurfing changes the experience, and creating meaningful memories and relationships make vacations last all the longer.

I am always game to find new interests. My fiancee and I are into learning and discovering new hobbies continuously. We're both heavily involved in our communities and families. We love the outdoors and find any excuse rain or shine to play.

We enjoy playing music and making our own living room bands and karaoke, and any music with a melody.

We don't watch much TV, but have one for those movie night occasions. Hard to say what favorite movies are... nothing scary!!!!

Rented a van in Brussels, took the seats out and loaded it up with bikes and camping gear. Then drove from Brussels through Netherlands, Germany, Austria, and Slovenia, Italy, and Croatia, avoiding highways and playing where does that road go... I would lock the bikes up outside the van and sleep in the van. It was best vacation I ever took. I met so many wonderful people.

What can I teach? Hmmm arts and crafts stuff, Mt biking, hiking, hopefully kitesurfing one day... I'm a beginner still.... basically any talent I may have I love to share!

We have a guest room and a couch that folds into a bed. At the moment for the next two years due to our jobs our predictability to host is very difficult with our changing on-call schedules, but if we can we plan to.
