Mid-August 2025: Currently living with my partner (Jared) and our French bulldog (Uni) in OAXACA, MEXICO. This is our first time traveling with our baby girl Uni and it is so far a really nice experience having her with us in Mexico.

Our CS experience has given us amazing friends through CS hangouts in Morocco and other amazing places. I really joined the CS culture back in 2019, and it really enhanced my solo travel experience.

I am Mexican American, raised in California. My passions are: travel, food, and traveling for food. I am a teacher in California.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love creating friendships and having connections with beautiful people all over the world. One of my best friends i met on a bus in Costa Rica, from then on we meet each other somewhere in the world once a year. I love having authentic human connections when I travel.

My career is a teacher, which we all know has limited funds. I prefer to spend money on travel expenses, cooking & trying the culinary experience of each culture I interact with great people!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love rock and música latina. I dance to reggeaton & hip hop a lot and also love Mexican Banda.

I like to read, but I hardly touch my book when I travel. My brain is usually too busy thinking of what to eat next.
