I can teach you Russian or English (no swear words). I can cook for you — but no traditional Russian food, sorry. It’s a myth, traditional Russian food does not exist. Mostly anything from Asian, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Uzbek cuisine, though. Maybe American. Also, I love baking so you will have to eat cinnamon rolls at some point. I will cater to vegan, paleo, keto, gluten-free diets, people with nut allergies and other debilitating deceases.

If you like looking at the night sky, I can show you constellations and share some knowledge about International Space Station, dark matter, pulsars, black holes, and, possibly, aliens.

I offer free therapy sessions as well as nutrition advice and training tips. I will not talk about working out unless prompted.

I can share recipes but I do not guarantee results.
