I am a singer, songwriter, recording artist and performance artist and have been wowing audiences worldwide since the early 90s. Fairly new to the music world, I released my debut single, Dangerous in 2013, to rave reviews! I released my second single, Lusty Lady, in 2014, followed by my debut EP, DANGEROUS in January 2015! In addition to being a music and performance artist, I am also a dancer, spoken word artist/poetess, dance and theatre teacher/facilitator, and director and producer of live performance. I am also an experienced dog sitter and walker, and drive for Lyft as side gigs to pay the bills!

I absolutely love going dancing! I am a house-head, but I also love other types of music. I'm passionate about taking good care of myself, which includes eating healthy, drinking plenty of water, walking, and practicing yoga and pilates. I love to laugh and I love a good story, hearing one and telling one!

I am very dedicated to using my artistry to build bridges across racial, social and economic divides and to inspire others to do the same.

Oh... and I don't smoke (anything), drink or do drugs and I'm allergic to cats and lilies. I love dogs!!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Moving to L.A. Looking for a couch surfing host who'd be willing to open their home to me for 1 -2 weeks at the most. This will allow me to land safely and have an eyes-wide-open segue into LA culture. Having lived in San Francisco for the last 21 years, I've heard that LA is quite different and I'd love to be schooled on some of the ins and outs of living there and/or any pearls of wisdom on navigating the LA lifestyle; best neighborhoods, eats, art, dancing, etc. I'm a great cook and love great conversation while preparing a meal as well as while eating it. I love meeting and getting to know new people, sharing and exchanging ideas, skills, and activities we are passionate about! I've already been scammed once, so it's important for me to explore and check out the various neighborhoods, see potential homes and meet potential roommates live and in person rather than through the computer.
