Hi, i’m Nika. I’m from a small village in Ukraine, Mykolaiv region.
Unfortunately, because of the war, I realized that I don't know Ukraine at all, so I decided to learn to travel at least through it. But I don't want to rent a hotel or apartment mainly just to stay the night when that money could be spent on exploring interesting places. That's why I'm here.
I will not disturb you. I just need a place to sleep, a shower, and a place to cook sometimes (I'll buy groceries of course). I will follow all the rules of your house, and can help with household chores etc. I think that most of the day I will not be at home, but if the hosts want to spend time together, I will gladly agree, I have no specific plans. But if you will be busy, this is not a problem.
I will be very grateful for your help in my adventures. Since I have a small business of printing photos/posters/stickers and make magnets/keychains/badges and various jewelry made of resin, natural stones, etc., you can feel free to write to me if you want something specific from this. Anyway I will come up with some kind of gift for you.

Music, Movies, and Books

I dont really have the favourite artist, director or writer.
Melomaniac. Mostly love sad music with a bunch of hidden messages and meanings, but sometimes listen to “stupid” pop. Was a huge Twenty One Pilots fan in high school, still love them actually. Love everything these artists do: Melanie Martinez, Lana Del Rey, Billie Eilish, Mitski, Tv Girl. Love most of Sufjan Stevens, Grimes, Salvia Palth, Adrianna Lenker, Alex G, Crystal Castles, girl in red, The Neighbourhood and many-many others. Sometimes i just listen one song of the unknown artist over and over again, and do not study his discography further, just love this one song because it’s match my mood and vibe at the moment i find it :)
I really fond of coming-of-age movies. Mostly i like sad stories, horrors, queer movies. My favourite for last time is “Call me by your name”, “As you are”, “The virgin Suicides”, “Looking for Alaska”, Requiem for a dream”, “Speak”, “I believe in unicorns”, “The perks of being a wallflower”, “Bones and All”, “The end of the fucking world”, «American Horror Story” (especially first three seasons!!), “Twin Peaks”. Fan of Stranger Things and IT universes for a years :)
About books. My favorite books are the books from which my favorite movies were made. I like to immerse myself more in these worlds and see myself in the characters. But i read a lot of another different books. Recently read “The Secret History” and i’m obsessed.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Read “IT” by Steven King on Iphone 4…. In sixth grade…. It was wonderfully traumatising ahaha. Give my love and care to a lot of stray cats if seriously :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to work with epoxy resin or how to save dried flowers so it doesn’t change the colour. I’m an kind of professional at this ahahag. Can teach you how to print free borders photos on printers that doesn’t have this function. Can teach you soak and boil chickpeas to easily remove the husks and cook them deliciously. And many many specific things agaha. Actually i have a lot of hobbies and skills but I am not 100% good at anything. At least i am versatile and open-minded :)
