One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Two things that left me awestruck had been life long dreams and had similar effects--
one~~Stepping out of the train station in Venice, Italy and seeing the canals, buildings, all of it, for the first time as the sun was setting, creating a magical pink glowing sky. In that moment such joy overwhelmed me that I realized tears of that joy were streaming down my face as i was smiling radiantly from ear to ear! ;)
second~~ i was a bit sad when on my last evening in the jungle of mexico i hadn't seen any of the monkeys i had been hearing for days. The next morning, waking up to theirs grunting cries, i realized how close they sounded. Lo and behold, the whole family sat in the treetops eating their breakfast for a good half hour. I sat and watched and once again those tears of joy came streaming down!!!!
