About Me

Hi! I am Veronika - psychology student from Ukraine. My biggest passion is traveling. Getting to know other cultures brings me joy and fascinates me in exploring different corners of our planet.I am very spontaneous and easygoing person. I am always excited for an genuine conversation and morning yoga) I have mostly travelled solo because I prefer to see real everyday life in the new country to simple sightseeing in capitals and big cities.

This summer I am traveling across the USA. I stayed in Massachusetts state for 1 and a half month where I was working in the kitchen as J1 student. In August I plan on exploring the West Coast and hopefully will be able to get to know this part of USA through meeting nice people along my journey.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In summer 2024 I was a volunteer in work camp in Sicily. There was held extraordinary festival “Teatri Riflessi” and we, volunteers, were helping to prepare the location, make decoration, and helping artists backstage for 2 weeks. During my stay there I witnessed Mt. Etna erupting two times. It was mesmerizing to observe , and the next day the whole city was covered in black ash.
