About Me
It's never easy to see yourself as a side observer so I should maybe start with the fact that I don't have some incredible life story to share... thus I'm just an ordinary girl trying to find the right path and self-improve at all times :)
I'm always curious about things I've never done, places I've never been and faces I've never seen and I truly believe that each and every person could be a precious source of wisdom.
And I'm sure a lot of little steps can lead us to a life-changing journey so here we go!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music is 'my seven seconds away' and simply depends on my mood so I don't stick to a specific genre and mixtures of music styles are always welcome.
Part of my preferred artists: Chambao, Bebe, Orishas, Jehro, Sting, Sade, Kings of Leon, Muse, Hozier, Coldplay, Moby, Chet Faker, Amy Whinehouse, Two Feet, Sam Smith
Eastern European / Balkan music: Okean Elzy, S.A.R.S., Goran Bregović, Željko Joksimović
I really like good covers and acoustic/live performances (which often outdo the original).
As for books... another HUGE topic, especially speaking about fiction.
I read literally everything - from epic fantasy to magic realism - and I'm a big fan of short stories (take 'Strange Pilgrims' by Márquez or 'Sarajevski Marlboro' by Miljenko Jergović).
Among other authors I would mention José Saramago, Gabriel García Márquez, Isabel Allende, Orhan Pamuk, Ivo Andric, Ray Bradbury, J. R. R. Tolkien, Robin Hobb, Fredrik Backman lately...
Last few books I loved: 'Memorial do Convento' / 'Death with Interruptions' by Saramago, 'Night Train to Lisbon' by Pascal Mercier, 'Anna Karenina' by Leo Tolstoy, 'The Master and Margarita' by Mikhail Bulgakov, 'Serenad' by Zülfü Livaneli
Listing movies could take all day long but here are some titles worth mentioning:
Love Me if You Dare, Love Actually, Last Night, Before Sunrise / Before Sunset, My Blueberry Nights, Dot the I, Amelie, Palm Trees in the Snow, Night Train to Lisbon, The Green Mile, The Lives of Others, Schindler's List, The Poll Diaries, The Shawshank Redemption, The Prestige, Pan's Labyrinth, The Butterfly Effect, The Lord of the Rings, Inception, Meet Joe Black, Romeo + Juliet (1996), Anna Karenina (2012), The End of the Affair, A Thousand Times Good Night, A Man Called Ove, I Origins, Mr. Nobody, Her

Curious to know what you're passionate about and try to "steal" something from it for myself :) And vice versa, leaving to you to figure out if there's anything you could learn from me.
