ABOUT ME

I am always evolving, doing my best to keep my heart and mind in constant flux to better alternatives. One of my greatest pleasures is a good conversation. I love meeting new faces and hearing stories. My current future plan is to earn a Bachelors of Social Work at Portland State University. I'm currently working on being more involved in the community and working towards progressive and productive changes.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When working in Yellowstone, my roommate and I had an extra bed and welcomed travelers to stay with us. I don't currently have a place for guests, but I am very open to hosting when I'm in a stable situation. I have surfed with some wonderful people and engaged in a collective communication.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing venture was when I was 18. Some friends and I stayed with Nate in Chicago, it was incredibly eye-opening how generous and kind a person can be. I've also stayed with Bill in Brooklyn, NY, where I was still awed by the friendliness and hospitality. All of my experience with couchsurfing has been inspiring and unforgetable. Couchsurfing is a unique community of compassionate people proving humanity's goodness.

I love to see things that I have never seen before and do things I have never done before. Outdoors, Backpacking, Social Change, Books, Music, Crafts, Yoga, Dreams, Meditation, Adventuring, Animals, Connecting.

I went ice skating on a lake around a palace in Germany, it was wunderbar.

I once simulated flying amongst the stars by scuba diving in Nicaragua at night and floating through the bioluminscence in the pitch dark sea.

I love to hear about people's travels and experiences and how they were able to do them. I'm really interested in how to live more sustainably and mindfully with the world aroud me. I would also love to teach people about different aspects of my life and what I've learned so far along the way.
