I'm an adventurous, friendly person. I'm a student at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, studying psychology, anthropology, and German. I'm ready to meet people around the world, and I'm ready to learn about different cultures and share my own culture with others.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't have a couch to offer right now because I live in a dorm room where I go to school in Germany. I'll hopefully have a house when I move back to the states, and I'd love to host people then!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I took a couchsurfing trip through Germany with a friend, and I'd love more adventures like this!

Interests

I like doing active things like hiking, rafting, kayaking, running, and swimming. I believe that all of these things are best enjoyed with other like-minded adventurers. I also am somewhat of a bookworm and foodie.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading anything from the classics to thrillers to psychology nonfiction. I also really enjoy movies. Quentin Tarantino is my favorite director. As far as music, I listen to a lot of indie-folk type music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my favorite experiences was getting stranded in Rome by myself when I was 17. I didn't know the language; I didn't know anyone on the continent; I spent most of my time on the street. It was terrifying, but looking back, it was certainly an adventure.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you where the best food, hiking trails, and swimming holes are in Chattanooga. I can speak great English and conversational German. More than anything I just love to talk to others and get to know their stories.
