About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To share what I know! and to see that which I do not

ABOUT ME

I'm open-minded, fun-loving, and down-to-earth. I have a free spirit with a love for travelling. I love meeting new people and learning about different cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met my hometown friend Molly in Europe and we travelled together for 2 weeks in Spain and Italy. She told me about all these great experiences she's had from couch surfing so I was definitely open to the idea. My first and only CS surfing has been in Napoli, Italy. I had a great experience...until the last night where the host made me feel very uncomfortable. In the middle of the night, I woke up to him laying next to me, seemingly on some combination of drugs. It was unnerving to say the least, so it was not a great first impression of CouchSurfing unfortunately, but I am open to doing it again (with females next time around!) :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen the ancient ruins in Rome, stepped foot on the Acropoli where Greeks stood two millenias before me, and swam in the Mediterranean Sea to a cave of wonders. I think its also amazing that I went to the best university, perhaps in the world. Go Gators!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I have grown up being exposed to the nightlife in Miami. After travelling abroad, I appreciate Miami for what it has to offer. I have also realized the cultural aspects it lacks. I went to a huge party in Napoli overlooking the Mediterranean with an enormous turnout. Every aspect was ideal for a great night, except for the people. The energy just did not compare to Miami. Composure took priority over having a good time, and I believe it's true, that there's nowhere like Miami to let loose and have a good time. I hope people realize partying is not all Miami has to offer, but for visitors, its definitely worth checking out.
