A traveler at heart, of life, and of myself 🛫💜

A couple of months ago, I threw everything to hell, put my professional life on hold, said goodbye to the people I loved and to my stable, "perfect" life. I decided it was time to start searching for the parts of my soul I felt were missing and give myself the opportunity to explore and create a new world that would make me feel much more fulfilled and amazed by life.

Since I was a little girl, I dreamed of going out and seeing the world, and it seems that life and the cosmos have aligned so that finally that happens, and that along the way, every experience, place, person, and conversation brings me a little closer to discovering my most genuine and honest self.

So I've embarked on the adventure of being a backpacker for a while and going out to see the world, sometimes accompanied by my bike and other times just with my body and soul. Definitely terrifying, but very, very challenging!!!

I'm a happy, talkative, dancing, resilient, positive, hardworking woman who enjoys the simple but fulfilling things in life, like a ride, a hike in the mountains, the beach, watching the sunset, contemplating an October moon... among many others.

I love traveling, discovering new places, and connecting with their people and culture. 🌟😎🙋🍀 Filling myself with energy from the incredible places that exist on this planet and the beautiful people I meet along the way.

I can never stay still. I always want to learn more, discover more, enjoy more, travel more... ✨

I love to travel. I'm a cyclist. I enjoy reading, dancing, listening to music and doing private karaoke, watching sunsets, making friends, watching TV shows, learning new things, walking my dogs, talking about the deep things in life. And many more things that I discover along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a wonderful way to see the world through different eyes. As I said before, at CS I've discovered that if you can't go out and see the world, the whole world can come to your doorstep and show you how beautiful it is.

And after every experience I've had, without a doubt, today more than ever I believe it's a magnificent way to meet and interact with local people in a place, make new friends from all over the world, and connect with new souls who vibrate beautifully and share your same travel vibe.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm versatile when it comes to music, so I like all kinds of genres. Well, I have some genres I don't connect with, but I'm not closed off from listening to them either. Of course, I love and enjoy discovering new genres and local bands. My top bands/artists are: Keane, Siddhartha, Bee Gees, James Blunt, Zoe🙅‍♀️

Movies, all genres, except horror, because they're a pain. And of course, I have some favorites, like Harry Potter, Guardians of the Galaxy, Eat, Pray, Love... to name a few. But what I do love are TV shows. I'm a TV show devourer...😂 If I find a show that captivates me, I have to finish it, or I won't be able to live peacefully. 😏 So if you're looking for any recommendations, I'd be happy to give them to you!

Books, open to any genre, but I generally really like those that make you think and help you grow as a person, ah! And novels bring out my cheesy side. 😏🙅‍♀️

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Paragliding in Valle de Bravo, skydiving in Atlixco, Puebla, mountaineering in La Malinche, Tlaxcala, rafting in Tlapacoyan, Veracruz, rappelling down a waterfall in Taxco. Seeing the glaciers in Argentina.

But the highlight...was a month-long road trip through southern Mexico. That experience was really cool. 😎🔥

What can I teach you?

Oh! And how about some dance classes—cumbia, salsa, bachata? 💃I'm sure you'll perfect your steps, and if not, I assure you you'll have a lot of fun. 😉

And if you like to eat healthy or at least want to try it for a couple of days, I can teach you some vegetarian recipes.

Learn on a trip? Of course! 🙋
I'd love to practice my English or learn another language. And learn things that are totally out of my comfort zone.

What would I like to share with you?
Puebla is beautiful!!! You'll fall in love. How about a tour of the main sites? 😁 I'll take you to some places you're sure to love. And don't even mention making friends! Mine are amazing, and introducing you to them is something I'd love to do, of course! If you'd let me.
