ABOUT ME

I am one of those people who are singing/whistling and at least tapping with their food on the floor while waiting for the bus to come...
Apart from that, I am pretty normal: I am very uncomplicated and easy-going. I enjoy good and sarcastic humour and having a good time with interesting people.
Love to observe and analyse social situations. The way people communicate to each other tells so much about themselves!
My big passion is music, singing, dancing...take me to a Musical and I am happy!

PHILOSOPHY

My motto is "never regret anything, because at one time it was exactly what you wanted", and so I am trying everyday to just do what I really want to do and not what other people think I should do, but always while respecting the other people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I have surfed a couple of times or shown people around. As soon as I have my own flat, I want to host and welcome people from all over the world! I spent six months in London and the one weekly meeting I loved was the weekly dancing meeting at Leicester Square. Met many cool people and great dancers!
At the moment I am living in Stuttgart and am happy to meet people that are new and show them around.

Have met so many cool and nice people through couchsurfing, I am very thankful for this!

Música, películas y libros

My taste is quite broad: I love Aretha Franklin, Elvis Presley, The Sounds, The Baseballs, Jason Mraz, The Strokes, Mando Diao, Alicia Keys, Beatsteaks,...My latest discovery: Young Rebel Set and The Harringtones - I love getting to know new bands!
Books: Reading everything that I can find in the charity shop next to my office, as every book is 99p
Movies: some of my favorite movies include French (Bienvenue chez les Schtis, Amélie, Ensemble c'est tout), German (Groupies bleiben nicht zum Frühstück, Brandner Kaspar, 3 Mann in einem Boot) and British (Love Actually, Pride and Prejudice, Billy Elliot - the musical was actually even better!) ones....but actually I am more of a TV show person. As soon as I am into a storyline, I just need to watch the whole TV show at once! At least I can pretend to learn English while watching stuff like "Mad Men", "Raising Hope", "Misfits", "Weeds", "Modern Family", "Suburgatory",...(the list never ends, I swear!)

I am always so impressed by nature's beauty. Be it the Alps, a snow-covered forest, a paradise island in Thailand...Nature gives us so much to marvel at!

I am happy to teach anyone funny/useful German words. Other than that, I am a really helpful person, so if I can help out with any of my wisdom, I am happy to do so.
