I'm born and raised in BC, Canada. I enjoy exploring the outdoors whether it be hiking, swimming, biking or anything in between. I'm a Financial Planner for the Royal Bank of Canada; however, my passion and background is in science and health so when I got accepted into medical school in Australia, I jumped at the opportunity! My partner Mike and I and our pup Chevy are moving to the Gold Coast December 2017 (pup is joining us in Feb 2018). Mike works as an Operations Manager for the largest catering and events company back home and will be growing his career on the Gold Coast while I'll be in full time studies. We look forward to our 4+ year adventure in Australia, or as we'd like to call it, our new home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've had the opportunity to couch surf before in both Australia and Fiji and have met tremendous people! Couch surfing allows people to travel and explore on a budget but also to meet the locals and get some inside knowledge of the area. Once we are all established I hope to give back and be a host myself!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Mike and I believe in leaving a host home cleaner than we found it. We respect our hosts and their space and want them to know we are grateful for sharing their home and knowledge with us. I'm a fairly good cook I'd like to think, so if you're around we are always open to cooking dinner :D
