open. interested in people and their lives. trying to understand the world. realizing that it might be a life-long project. i love traveling, but having a nice home somewhere is a great thing too.
i like talking different languages, in the middle of babylon I would have felt great I guess.
I try to make people feel comfortabel when they are with me- thats also the kind of people I enjoy.
I try to handle the days somewhere between calmness and little tiny arty works, energy explosions, daily catastophes and humor.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

friends sleeping over at my place, slept over a lot of times at friends, or friends of friends,or friends of friends of friends...some of them couchsurfers....and always had a good time.

Interests

I love art and crafts. I love to draw, to glue, to cut, to stich, to take photos, to go to museums...and when I m tired of this I like to spend the evenings with my friends to cook together- I m not too much into german food,so if you want to learn this I might be the wrong person, but I like to improvise with what's in the fridge and mediterranean food. In my comments you will find my former french flatmate telling that I know how to cook. She was living with me while she wrote it, so maybe it wasn't a completely free opinion ;-) but it s a french opinion about me cooking anyway! After cooking watching movies is great. I like to discuss with other people. And I discovered contemporary dance in France. to prevent my back breaking apart after hours at the desk I also practice yoga and if theres time I go swimming or other stuff. I m not a sportfanatic, but I enjoy doing sports and beeing outside in the nature. Sometimes I feel like partying, sometimes I dont. if so and the music is good you wont get me off the dancefloor again. I love to travel, but I also love to have a good time "home" wherever that is.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies that tell little,estonishing stories happening somewhere in the world that guide you itno peoples lifes. And I love movies with this certain touch of fantasie and crazyness,wonderfull clothes, set and make-up as Tim Burton does, or 'science of sleep'.
Some of the last "good" books, that you keep on reading during night time though you know you have to get up earlie tomorrow but you just want to know what happens on the next page...some of these books where "Narziss and Goldmund" by Hesse, "the Alchimist" by Coelho (great book to read before going to the desert, which happend by accident to me), "Der Weltensammler" Ilja Trojanow, and books from AndreaDiCarlo

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

going to waterfalls in marokko, ending up in staying there for 10 days, sleeping beside the river on the floor and doing trekking tours with locals to sleep beside cows in their families houses. perfect days to get lost and to forget about everything else...
