Aloha e Kakou,
We are a couple, very much in love, who grow our own food and source local foods nearby. We love to surf, hike, bike (we have folding bikes for travel!) and enjoy well prepared food paired with wine...Vicki cooks and enjoys learning new preparations-we eat ALL foods, preferring organic and local when we can.

We would like to try meeting new people on our next trip in fall 2017 and feel it will broaden our minds and open our hearts--more than they already are! The idea of a local host helping us to know where to go and what to do that is unique to their area has great appeal. Once we understand how that feels and works we plan to host in our home on Maui...

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

We enjoy most music although not so much the technopop! Everything from Luke Bryan to Sade to Frank Sinatra and Al Green. We read a lot-historical and lighter literature. Favorite movies-Pay it Forward with Kevin Spacey. Fences with Denzel Washington. Intouchables (French).

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Vicki surfed for 14 months in 10 countries in 2002-2003. Dan grew up surfing and gets into the water most mornings here on Maui's North Shore.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I can teach you some hula, chant Hawaiian Oli for you and/or friends, talk about how to grow food with regenerative natural practices! I also preserve vegetables as jams or pickling...and teach small classes in how to do that.
