CURRENT MISSION

I have the travel bug again in my 40's, started in my 20's and lost it for a while in my 30's, went to US in 2008, Europe and China for Christmas 2010 New Year 2011 and it's back and raring to go!

ABOUT ME

I have a teenage daughter. I travel for pleasure. I want to see the world, and have a lot of places to go. I enjoy meeting people and it's nice meeting the locals when you travel, which I do especially when I travel alone, which is the case most of the time. I travel to see what Australia doesn't have, so I don't go to a beach and sunbake as I could do that back home for free, if you get my drift. I love the nature and culture of a country, also the food. Hope to see you on my travels, or yours.

True Life Stories

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a microlight flight over Victoria Falls and also swam in devils pool on top of Victoria Falls, it was absolutely amazing! I'm scared of heights!
