ABOUT ME

I'm a well traveled teacher turned entrepreneur turned movie producer, professional speaker & author. I'm house & pet sitting my way around the world & occasionally need a place to stay between assignments.

I'm a very positive, outgoing & yet quiet house guest. For house & pet sitting, I tend to do luxury house sits and the occassional small apartment. For couch surfing, I just like a clean & quiet space (Not a partier by any means right now).

PHILOSOPHY

I am a Law of Attraction girl (Abraham Hicks & Mike Dooley are my personal favorites in that world) and believe that the more we give, the more we receive. The more we love, the more we are loved. And the more we focus on what's freaking AWESOME in our lives, the more awesome our lives actually are.

I'm new to it, but I've been housesitting full time since November 2012, from Vancouver to LA to London to Austin to Toronto to Chicago...

movies, great tv (Friday Night Lights tops my list), indie rock music, reading great books (fiction & non-fiction), conversations with awesome people, family life.

Music, Movies, and Books

For movies - I can talk for hours. More fictional film than documentary as a general rule, but I did love Who the &^$% is Jackson Pollock. For books - I read a lot of non fiction on everything from entrepreneurship to personal development & self help.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once climbed to the top of a mountain in Central America where I could see both the Pacific & Atlantic oceans. (But it was cloudy...so I couldn't actually see either...shhh). I went to Elton John's Oscars Party and sat beside some ridiculously famous people. Ask me who!
