ABOUT ME
I'm a pretty happy person :). I was born in California, but I've lived in New York for most of my life, and my family moved to Orange County (OC - but don't call it that) when I was 15. I graduated from UC San Diego this past June.
Right now I'm in Paris, training and fencing my heart out. It's my life passion and I absolutely love it :).
PHILOSOPHY
To be happy. That everything is relative. I can go on, but you should just ask me in person :).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I could host in my apartment, or PM me and maybe we could just hang out sometime :).
Interests
I spend most of my time fencing, reading, or just chilling with my friends (I am from Southern California after all!). I make money as a research editor, and most of it goes to financing my fencing or travels. I'm always brainstorming ideas for a start-up, so if you have an entrepreneurial spirit, PM me! I love to ski during the winter.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite TV show of all time is Arrested Development (watch it!)
Movies wise, I like ones that make me smile or feel passionately inside. My favorite movie is Big Fish.
My favorite book is The Brothers Karamazov by Dostoevsky.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Camping in the white desert in Egypt. It looked like something out of a science fiction movie because it felt so surreal. There were these huge calcified rock formations in isolated islands everywhere over this really light sand. We slept under the stars, but then the little desert fox stole my sandals and I had to return to Cairo barefoot :P.
Teach, Learn, Share
It would be awesome if I could meet someone to bounce ideas off of - business, philosophy, whatever :)
Teach? English (I am an editor after all), and I guess if you want to learn how to solve hardcore math proofs, I can help you out there lol (I was a math major).
