I am a trained Teacher and a Professionally trained Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I have had a varied and extensive career primarily in the corporate world and various small businesses.

I love to travel and meet people from all walks of life.
I have travelled extensively and wish to continue doing so as long as I can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couchsurfing as I wanted this to be another option I can use in my future travels as I find it very rewarding meeting people from other nations. Couchsurfing I think would provide another way of adding to the diverse and interesting possibilities of meeting new people and learning more about their culture and their own very unique stories.

I like many types of music, movies and books from many genres.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I helped unite a second generation of people from my cultural background and created a social group on facebook. We had a major event in May 2017 and caught up with people I had not seen for decades.
It was extremely rewarding for people to rekindle again.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach many psychological concepts and in doing so learn from others and how they differ culturally from me. By sharing this knowledge I can expand my knowledge and exchange information and experiences with others to help make this world a better place to live.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Friendship and conversation and also house duties to assist the host in their everyday running of their homes.
