THE 2010 GRRL TOUR 50/50 ROAD TRIP

On June 16th (my birthday) or thereabouts in 2010 (when I will be 50) I will be kicking off this road trip, on my own if necessary but I have a few people interested and am looking for more. This trip is grrls only, although seriously fashionable cross dressers are welcome! The trip will be about 6-8 weeks of touring the U.S., I'm working on a list of 50 places to see, including, for example, the badlands, the grand canyon, the painted dessert, the seattle needle, the california redwoods, las vegas, graceland, you get the idea. I'm open for suggestions. In addition to the 50 sights, this trip will also require 50 good deeds along the way. These can range from dropping a dollar in a needy persons cup to helping build a porch at a humanity site. Whatever. I'll be researching ideas for the next couple of years. Most likely scenario is sharing gas expenses and staying in tents along the way. I'm hoping that through couchsurfing I can arrange places to camp/stay during the trip. I'm looking for a few smart, funny, strong, kindhearted grrls for the ride. No kids, no drugs, minimal alcohol, not a party trip- c'mon I'll be 50! The trip is about the next phase, the kids are out of the nest, who do I want to be for the next 50 years?
