I am here because I plan to travel a lot in the future and I believe you do not need lots of money for that.
I love to get to know new people, to have a great personal exchange and to learn from other people.

I enjoy music in general, but mostly relaxing sounds or Classic from movies like Einaudi.

There are many awesome movies! Personally I really like the Tarantinos,American Beauty, City of God, American Psycho, Star Wars, Matrix and Lord of the Rings for example.

When it comes to reading I like Hermann Hesse for novels. In general I favor psychologic or spritual books like Osho, Dogen and Thich Nhat Hanh.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

For me as a Buddhist my practice is to be present at every single moment. Of course there are some stories I will never forget. But sometimes a moment needs nothing to be perfect.
Just a light breeze of wind and a cool place under a tree in the hot summer sun can be pure ecstasy.

This is my greatest experience.

I think I have not so much to teach but I really have to learn a lot.
I already learned a lot from people all over the world, but I guess the learing never ends.

Everybody makes mistakes and we can be a big help by raising the conciousness in our environment.
For this at least you do not need any knowledge at all.

My biggest lesson is compassion and i get to gladly practice every second.

I can share a lot of fun and happiness, compassion and help in every situation.
I can share funny stories and be a good listener.

Sometimes one just needs somebody to be there.
Not even saying a word.
Alone the presence is enough.

Besides my couch that is maybe the most important thing to share.
