Overview
About Me
I am an entusiastic person who enjoys live every day or at least tries to do it. I live in the present and don't like to wonder that the future will bring me or to get stuck in the past.
Some of my values are honesty, respect, and solidarity. Usually, the people I connect have similar values or way of thinking, although I like to get surprised by non-conformist, interesting people.
My friends are my treasure and I truly believe that is the quality and not the quantity that matters.
I like to listen instead of judging because I think communication is the key to understanding, which makes easier for me to emphasize with people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to travel but, even more I love to get involved in the culture of the visited country. I believe that one of the best things that can happen while you are travelling is to be hosted by a local. This is the way you can find good people and find places unknown for the tourists.

Music, Movies, and Books
I can speak about music for hours, is one of the things that makes me happy. I enjoy good and very diverse music, from rock and roll to jazz, soul and electronic. My credo is that music connects people.
The movies I like are mostly comedy, drama, adventure, detective or documentary. I believe that a good movie is the one that makes you think or at least leads you to another world.
Books I love since I was a child and they still take a big part of my life. One of my favorite recent lectures is The Diary of Ana Frank, a book truly interesting and touching.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I moved to a foreign country for the past 10 months without knowing anyone and enjoyed every day here in Netherlands.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A smile, a good conversation in about 4 languages, a sense of humour, a dose of optimism. I can also teach you a Moldavian national dance or recipes from all around the world.
