About Me

I'm an open-minded person who loves to meet new and interesting people who broaden my view on various topics. Besides good conversations I also really enjoy good (if possible vegan) food, nature, music and of course travelling and exploring new places.
In my leisure time I also like being creative, for example through handlettering or drawing, and I sometimes do a little bit of (acro) yoga - but only at home. I also like singing or playing instruments:)

I just finished school here in Germany and before attending university I am going to do a social gap year as a nurse for people with disabilities, which I'm super excited about! :)

From September on I will live directly in Würzburg, but since I am going to live in an shared apartment I'm not sure yet if I am going to be able to host guests. If you don't find something else you can still hit me up from September on, just don't be disappointed if I decline since I'll also be working full time.

Also, keep in mind that you would have to deal with some extremely bad jokes...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet cool people to have a good time and a few beers with :)

Also it would be great to learn things from oneanother, e.g. I really enjoy learning and improving different languages, getting to know different religions, cultures etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music from the 80s, 90s and 00s but I mostly listen to "modern" pop, indie or rap/hip hop.

Tbh I don't know a lot of films, not even the classics, so there's definitly some need to catch up on them! But a few films I liked are: Alice in Wonderland, White House Down, The boy in the striped pyjamas... I acutally love documentaries all about medical issues like diseases or shows like Air Ambulance ER :D

I really like the books from the German authors Antje Babendererde or Amelie Fried (mostly novels about love/romance) but I also like self-help books, e.g. "Feel the fear and do it anyway" by Susan Jeffers

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Canoeing on the Moldavia in Czech Republic in complete silence - only birds chirping and the sound of water.

Spending time in Taizé with friends.

My first trip without my parents to Portugal and Spain is something that I often remember, but there's lots of experiences I want to gain in the future! :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you German - of course - and how to do a headstand ;)

I would share delicious food with you, drinks and deep conversations, since I'm pretty much an open book with no such thing as 'too private' information...

I would love to learn new languages, yoga poses, instruments - you name it!
