Favorite Food: FOOD. (But seriously, curried chicken, mac & cheese, pickled okra, PEACHES.)

I like: breezy summer days, lightning bugs, the west wing, bare feet in green grass, silence, female comedians, the Colbert Report, and family.

I dislike: cold feet/warm feet, traffic, dusting, and green beans.

I change my mind a lot.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently I'm a wayward traveler. Looking for friends and relying on the help of others. Most of the time I spend my days between Spartanburg,SC and Summerville, SC.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is my first time entering couch surfing. But all summer I've been hunkering down at an organic farm in Castlewood, VA through the organization WWOOF (World wide organization of organic farmers). WWOOF is very similar to couchsurfing.

兴趣

I love scrolling through buzzfeed articles, hiking, watching the west wing, planting and growing, hanging in my portable hammock, reading, and good conversation. I like to learn about all sorts of things and pick up oddball skills along the way. I'm open to just about anything.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have traveled much in my life except for this summer where I've branched out on my own. I've been all along the east coast. I go to DC twice a year, Boston once a year. I've been to NYC. I've been to New Orleans, LA, which was probably my favorite trip. I got to enjoy Mardi Gras right after the Saints won the superbowl. It was electric. It wasn't just a sports win, but a community win, and the mardi gras community let you know it.

I can play one blues riff on my harmonica. I'm a classically trained opera singer. I know how to heard and wrangle goats. I can farm and weed. I make some sweet waffles and mac&cheese.
