ABOUT ME

I'm from Uruguay, but I've lived in Spain most of my life. It's difficult to introduce myself sometimes, as I don't have very clear where I belong.
I think about food almost all day. I'm vegetarian and don't like processed food, which turns out to be very good for the people around me, because it means I'm cooking so much!
I'm studying biotechnology and I love it. There are so many amazing things happening in science right now and so much to be done! I can't wait to start working.
However, I want to take a gap year before my master and travel around the world. It is amazing that I can have such an experience, and I don't want to miss it! Meeting people from over world is my greatest motivation!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I found out about this when I was visiting a friend in Barcelona! She was hosting two really nice Belgian girls with who we had a great time! Since then, I've wanted to get involved! I've been hosted by really nice people, who showed me their city or gave us great tips. I think thats the great thing of couchsurfing, meeting locals!

兴趣

I am studying in the Netherlands for one year and I'm crazy about it! I am trying to travel and meet people from different cultures as much as I can.
In my free time I looove to cook and exercise! During the summer months I make ice-cream from scratch, and during the winter I bake. I'm crazy about yoga too!
When travelling I eat my way through different cities and spend time in museums and cute little shops! Oh and having picnics, I love them!

Harry potter is the book I've re-read most times! I loved 'Cien años de soledad'. The Kooks and Arctic Monkeys as well as Oasis are my favourite groups. But The Beatles are always on top! My favourite movie may be 'Jeux d'enfants'

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Deciding to go to Uruguay (my country) from Valencia (where I live) the 23th of december to surprise my family the 24th (christmas eve). It was an improvised 35hrs trip! Just recently, watching the sunset whilst running a relay race through Germany and the Netherlands.
