Hello there!!
My name is Victoria and I'm an exchange student coming all the way to Europe from Brazil. Right now I'm in Porto studying design and I came here hoping I could learn a thing or two about myself and about my relationship with art and people. By the way, I really like to draw, and I'm hyped about tattoos and piercings (if you know some amazing tattoo artist from your city, I'd love to talk about them!).

I'm a kinda shy/introvert person but I've been trying to get myself out of my comfort zone and share some good things! I had an awesome experience last year when I went to Canada and got to be in an hostel where I'd meet some really good friends, and I hope I can do so again during this time I'm travelling.

Hence, I'd love to get myself some good memories and conversations back to Brazil, because I really think human relationships can make people grow and learn about themselves a lot.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd love to exchange experiences and learn from social relationships. I've been struggling with introvertion and I think meeting new people would be amazing, and I hope I can be someone nice for people to meet as well.

Although, I'm not in couchsurfing for dating, hooking up or tinder. I hope you can understand that and we can be respectful to each other.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to almost all kinds of music, but the ones I've been listening the most these past months are: Mac DeMarco, Joji, Gorillaz, Ariana Grande, Mystery Skulls, Kali Uchis, Jorja Smith. I really like some other bands like Arctic Monkeys, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Queens of The Stone Age and a looot of brazilian music.

I also like many kinds of movie, but I can name a few that comes to mind: Akira, Spirited Away, most of the MCU movies, The Witch, Forrest Gump, Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, 10 Things I Hate About You, Brooklyn 99, The Office (I know they're tv series but it's worth mentioning hahaha).

I've been bad with books but I LOVE Edgar Allan Poe tales and stories, Sherlock Holmes' series, I'm enjoying a lot reading L'Étranger from Camus, and I'm taking babysteps in ASOIAF.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think being able to overcome my social phobia symptoms last year and doing my first trip alone to Canada - and coming to Europe, as well.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can share experiences and memories, and some food recipes!! I love sharing food and making some simple things - don't expect much, I've been trying to make my way in kitchen hahahahha, I used to bake some really nice cookies, but I haven't had the opportunity to do so again.

I really hope to learn from social contact and that I can be a nice person for you to meet.
