ABOUT ME

I'm from Vancouver (area), Canada, but currently in Sydney Australia. In two years I have spent the most time in Sydney.. but still have traveled consistently.
I love dancing. I do lots of latin dancing and have been requested to teach and do performances.. but I'm too impatient and travel too much right now to follow through with either.
I love music, especially live music, but mostly don't like crowds. I prefer going out on weekdays as apposed to weekends because I find the environment more relaxing. I'd rather be working on weekends.
I love traveling! but who on this site doesn't? I want to see the world! everywhere.. but I love Australia and would consider it more of a home to me than Canada. I do think that one day my home will be somewhere in the mediterranean though.
I've just started getting into modelling.
I love living a healthy lifestyle. I try to run/cardio everyday and do weights 3 times a week. I go to the beach and spend time in the sun as much as I can! I did a yoga teachers course, but I got to bored/restless to finish it. I try to go dancing (latin - salsa, batchata, merengue etc) at least once a week.
My travel plans for the year is to stay in Sydney for a while. I will go to New Zealand Feb 20th 2012 for two weeks, then hopefully come back to Sydney and be in Australia for 3 months. Then I will try to go to France and Spain in the Spring/Summer for a little while.. and maybe stop in Canada for a bit after that.. then come back to Australia.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

very few. I actually met a girl from England on the bus and we started talking and ended up hanging out a bunch of times before she left. She is apart of couch surfing which is how I found out about it.

Music: all sorts of music. I am the type of girl that goes from playing top 40 to classical to jazz to house to dubstep to country.. almost everything.

Books: I wish I was a more dedicated reader. I just finished reading a christmas carol over christmas. I'm now finishing the twilight series (because I started it last year and felt I needed to conclude it) but I don't know.. whatever jumps at me I suppose. I also will grab a magazine every once in a while... Almost every genre I find interesting at one point or another. It just depends what mood I'm in. Could go from Vogue, to Architectural Digest, to some sort of women's health mag, to TopGear, to Entrepreneur mag, general news I usually just watch on tv

Movies: I will watch anything except horror/scary. I can do suspense, just no horror.
