Couchsurfing is an amazing way of getting to know interesting and lovely people, connecting with strangers, sharing stories, experiences and laughter. Maybe you could even describe it as a travelstyle, a lifestyle.
But unfortunately I get more and more the feeling that it is missused as a "free hostel thing" .. I've been receiving requests with only the dates and "Can you host me?" for quite some time now and it's really annoying and sad at the same time. So please dont bother me with those although I do understand that it is sometimes a little bit difficult to always write long and personal requests and stuff especially when you're travelling for a longer time and you need wifi etc. Anyway it cant be impossible because sometimes I still receive very lovely messages :)

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

jumped off a 20m cliff, stalked Santa Clause, parachute jumping from 4000m, swam in a 5° cold lake for ca. 20 minutes, white-water rafting, -30° in Russia, climbed up a crane while it was pouring, "hitchsailed" from island to island in Greece, hid in the back of a car full of african children while driving across the dutch border, crossed a wild river and also swam in another wild mountain river, hitchhiked more than 11000km (and its still getting more), unicycled at midnight wearing Spongebob-Boxershorts and High Heels, 2x swimming naked at night, shot my brother with bow and arrow in the shoulder (I'm not gonna say if I intended to or not), shared ice cream with a tiger, camped in an abandoned building in the Caucasus with wolves howling around me, saw a big snowslide on a mountain while sitting naked on a street in the valley, joined an eastern Rainbow Gathering somwehere in the Caucasus and spent then couple of days with Hippies in the forest howling like wolves all the time

Life is all about sharing, right? So if you're interested I have a loooot of crazy travel-stories to tell and I'd also love listening to some of yours. Cause everybody has his own story to tell, and everybody can decide what he makes with the chapters life gives them. So let's share & write together :) [aaaawh that sounds too romantic right haha]
