ABOUT ME

I enjoy simple things, live music, dancing, meditation, throwing horseshoes. I enjoy gardening and wholesome naturally grown food. I like acoustic music.

I enjoy kriya and other forms of meditation. I like campfire circles with friends, drumming or telling jokes and stories. I participate with comedy improv on occasion.
I enjoy working on projects and crafts.
I can sew and mend and make baskets and paint and various things.
I am currently working on building a tiny home.

I like working in the healing arts, I work with herbs and natural things and creative arts.
