I studied Geoinformation and Cartography in India, Germany and Austria. At the moment, I work in a Route planning and optimization company in Freiburg. My job is somewhat flexible and lets me travel a little bit and I am trying to get the best out of it. Open to new ideas, cultures, destinations, drinks and of course, food :D

I think Couchsurfing is the best platform to meet locals and travelers both. I have met travelers in Freiburg as a host and also through other CS events. Some of them, I don't know if I would have met them if not for CS and I am glad I did. There is so much to know about the world and I believe traveling is the best way to learn and share.
I have stayed with amazing hosts in Switzerland, Italy and Germany. No tourist guide can show you around or give you tourist tips like a local !
In short, I am here to meet new people, explore places, share what I know, learn all I can and make great travel buddies.

Interessi

Always up for outdoor activities. I like to cook and of course , eat :P explore different cuisines. Would love to go for a hike or bike around.
If it is summer, I usually like to go to the river with a beer and some good music.

Always up for some simple Beatles tracks. Pink Floyd, The Doors, some of the Coldplay tracks. A big fan of the 70s smash hits playlist on Spotify. Most of the A.R.Rahman tracks..
I am trying to develop a habit of reading books, finding it a bit difficult to read non-fiction books, but it is getting better I think.

These things were amazing because I cannot swim and I am not very good with heights :P
