Currently in a state of flux between Canada, Norway and the US, so I don't have any couch to host on right now, but that will hopefully change when I get settled :)

I'm a student and I have the coolest dog ever, and he sometimes travel with me. Going to school in the US, but on a break in Vancouver. I love traveling. I'm 420-friendly and easy going in general, and I love meeting new people.

Since pets often are of concern, here's a paragraph about my travel buddy. I'm not exaggerating when I say he is the most awesome thing ever. He's a poodle x schnauzer mix, about 15 lbs and 11 years old, so he's got that sassy, grumpy old dude going on, but he's still a sweetheart. He loves people and he has lived with cats and he's really good at respecting their space, as in, he doesn't even notice them. He also doesn't shed or trigger allergies (results may vary). He seriously NEVER barks inside, which may have something to do with him being deaf.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I registered years ago, but I didn't actually try it back then. After being more or less banned from exiting the country (or rather, entering the US - I swear I'm not a terrorist!) and being unable to book a hostel since none allows dogs, my friends told me to give couch surfing a chance while I make arrangements to leave Canada. I think the concept is really cool, and I do hope to pay it forward when I get settled into my new place after I - knock on wood - move back to the bay :)

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I think everybody should read The American Way of Poverty and Capitalism in the 21st century. Music-wise I'm very eclectic. Right now I'm definitely in a hip-hop phase, but next week it might be 80s music or techno, you get what I'm getting at. I like to keep an open mind when it comes to music - the worst that could happen is that I don't like it.

Food, drink, tea. I also have a travel library that I try to discard as I go, but don't want to throw while traveling, so hosts will always have dibs on whatever I get rid of before I donate
