I see every person, city, book, film as some kind of a teacher. So I try to learn as much as I can, transfer it and create something new.

ABOUT ME

My name is Vilija and I am from Lithuania. Like all of you I like traveling and discovering new cultures.
Also I am happy to show the city I'm living in for others.
I love active life like hiking, camping, having partys, meetting new people and spending time with my friends.
But in the middle of the winter sometimes I prefere to sit with my plaid, read book or watch movie with a glass of hot wine.
I believe that the best way to enjoy life is traveling..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am hosting people, when I can. At this time I cant host. But I can meet and shown the city for others. When I am traveling I prefer to use couchserfing, because its the best way to discouver coulture and to know the people. I met amazing people frew couchsurfing and I found out a wonderful places with them.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have read and liked Faulkner, Camiu, de Sent - Egziuperi, Patrick Suskind, Nabokov and many lithuanian authors, which you do not know :) I am not very fastidiously in films and music, so what I watch and listen depends on my mood. I like to spend time in summer music fastivals like rock nigths, sattaoutside, tundra.

I love theatre a lot. I thing that theatre is better then films, because actors play lively and every show is different.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For one year I was volunteering in Armenia and it changed the way I see some thinks.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my experience about other cultures. I can show how to cook, because I like cooking at home. I do it quikly and people usually likes my food.

I am allways interesting in learning new things. So teach me something if you can and I will be gratefull for it :)
